• one polyboxed DVD-R NTSC (Region 1 coded)
• one broadcast-quality videotape copy of the master of your film or video;
• please verify that the copy of the master is flawless before submitting it to the Festival office.
• five images from the film at 300 dpi or better with photo credits
• text of translated dialogue if the entry is in a language other than English or does not have English subtitles
• press kit and director’s curriculum vitae (CV), if available
• completed Canada Customs Form affixed to the outside of the package if your entry is from outside Canada. The declared value in Canadian dollars should be equivalent to the materials only (approximately $3.00 CDN per DVD/VHS and $10.00 CDN per master).
