Rob Kozinuk experiments with electronics from building circuitry to using software. He worked as the technician at the Western Front in Vancouver for several years where he is currently Head of Media. Although his interest in low-power radio had been simmering for several years, it was brought to a boil when he met Tetsuo Kogawa. He has since been teaching others to build their own FM transmitters.
