BISQC Compilation CD

The Banff International String Quartet Competition artistic committee has announced the selections for the 8th BISQC Compilation CD. Each of the ten quartets who participated in the 2004 BISQC are represented on this two-CD set with live recordings from their competition performances. Included are liner notes written by John Largess, violist of the Miró quartet and guest lecturer at the 2004 competition.
