BNMI Digital Media Festival - Screenings
In conjunction with the HDTV Summit, a special screening of High Definition works will be shown at the first annual Definition 2006: Digital Media Festival.
With an overwhelming number of entries from Hong Kong, Finland, Australia, United States, Canada, and New Zealand, we are proud to present two amazing evenings of world-class stunning, compelling short and feature length films at the first annual Definition 2006.
On the evening of April 20, Definition 2006 presents an evening of High Definition feature films in the Eric Harvie Theatre. The feature winner, Burnt Toast, directed by Larry Weinstein, is comprised of a series of eight comedic mini-operas, each depicting a different stage of a romantic relationship set in contemporary settings.
On the evening of April 21, Definition 2006 presents an evening of High Definition short films in the Eric Harvie Theatre. The winner, Heartbeats of Denali, directed by Patrick McCloskey, takes us on an immersive audio-visual experience for visitors to Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska’s interior.
