What we do We offer public programs and custom solutions for emerging to senior-level leaders and decision makers in the corporate, government, Aboriginal, arts, and non-profit sectors. Through experiential, arts and nature-based learning participants explore creative ideas and innovative solutions in an inspiring setting.	Our history Over the past 50-plus years, more than a quarter million people have come here to experience our leadership development programs. They constantly tell us that Banff, and their time with us, has transformed them, has changed them in some way. Our alumni are in boardrooms and communities across Canada and include global leaders.	Our focus We encourage leaders to develop what we call 'human resourcefulness,' the ability to think and act beyond boundaries. At The Banff Centre we’re committed to helping leaders, teams, and their organizations develop this ability, and to achieve more than was previously imagined.
