Alastair Creamer and Ollie Lloyd founded Creamer and Lloyd in 2006. They are creative facilitators who operate between the worlds of business and arts – acting as navigators and trainers. The pair began working together at Unilever UK in 1999 when they created and led the award-winning project, Catalyst. Currently, Creamer and Lloyd are engaged in two projects: Magical Spaces, an on-going exploration into the qualities that enable work-based spaces to release people’s potential; and The Art of Innovation, a journey to uncover how to create new products and services that emotionally engage consumers. Mr. Creamer is a former dean of the London College of Music & Media.
