If you are planning a special event at The Banff Centre, we offer a wide selection of menu choices for casual, barbecue, buffet, or elegantly-served banquets in a variety of private venues.

The Banff Centre's award-winning executive chef, Beat Hegnauer, is pleased to present full breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menus complete with hors d'oeuvres selections to complement and enhance your event.

Your conference service manager, in conjunction with the executive chef, will also work with you to customize menus, banquet themes, and nutri-breaks to cater to your needs.
