Maclab Bistro

The Maclab Bistro is a fully licensed café and bar located on the ground floor of the Kinnear Centre for Creativity & Innovation.

The Maclab offers breakfast items, lighter fare and snacks, and lunch selections such as soups, salads, and paninis. The Maclab Bistro serves Kicking Horse Fair Trade organic coffee from Invermere, B.C.

The dinner menu, available from 4:30 p.m., features freshly made salads, burgers, hot sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, and platters to share. Dine inside, on the patio, or take-away.

A great spot to unwind, the Maclab Bistro offers a complete selection of domestic and imported beers, wines, and liquors. Swing by the Bistro for your favourite brew.
