Banff Calgary International Writers Festival
One of Canada’s leading literary festivals, WordFest rolls into Banff with a bang on Friday, October 16, at The Club with extraordinary performance artists Kris Demeanor, Alexis O’Hara, and Roland Pemberton aka Cadence Weapon.
Banff Distinguished Author Douglas Coupland presents his new novel, Generation A, on Saturday, October 17, at 7:00 p.m. Coupland is joined by newcomers J.R. Carpenter and Emily St. John Mandel.
The weekend is packed with discussions, workshops, readings, and multi-media presentations, and wraps up with Peep Culture Guru, Hal Niedzviecki on Sunday, October 18. Be careful — you may end up spilling your secrets at this event!
