With conductor Ivars Taurins, the Orchestra will play Rameau’s Suite from Dardanus, Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 in A Major, K 488, and Haydn’s Symphony No. 104 in D Major, “London.” Joining the CPO onstage is 2006 Honens International Piano Competition laureate Hinrich Alpers, a Berlin- based pianist who has recently returned from a Carnegie hall debut and tour of Germany.
