2009-10 Visiting Artists Series

The Banff Centre Presents some of the most inspiring and diverse performing artists in the world today. We invite you to be part of performance experiences that move, unite, question, and comfort. From master artists such as Wynton Marsalis, Edgar Meyer, Paco Peña, and Grupo Corpo Brazilian Dance Theatre, to the new and edgy performances by Mike Daisey, Pierre Brault, and Kidd Pivot, The Banff Centre Presents a wonderfully diverse season of performances.

We encourage you to take comfort in the performances of your favourite artists and to try something new! Experience the masterworks of the past and delve into new creations that explore varying perspectives on the world today. Come and see Alberta’s best, or travel the world right from your seat. There’s a lot to discover in 2009-10!

For the best seats and savings, subscribe to the season by purchasing tickets to five or more performances. Create your own season by choosing five or more performances and save 10 percent. Subscribers get the best seats before tickets go on sale to the general public. Subscribers also earn other benefits, including ticket exchange privileges in case something comes up. Subscriptions are on sale as of July 15. Single tickets go on sale August 15. We look forward to seeing you in the upcoming season!
