Stacey Stewart Curtis
Gemini award-winning director, Stacey Curtis has been an active participant in the television industry for 20 years. She began her career in production on CBC's "The Friendly Giant" then moved into floor directing. She soon progressed to A.D. work on many TV series. When she was given the opportunity to direct her first episodic she never looked back. Stacey has developed into one of Canada's leading television series directors.
Stacey’s list of directing credits include: "Black Harbour" (four episodes), "Traders" (two episodes), "North of 60" (eight episodes), "Wind At My Back" (two episodes), "Ready or Not" (nine episodes), "Road To Avonlea" (two episodes), "Side Effects" (four episodes), "Street Legal" (20 episodes), "E.N.G" (two episodes) and "Material World" (eight episodes) and many, many more. Her talent and professional capability continue to be in high demand.
Stacey will bring her own unique style to the workshop imparting to this year's participants the secrets of successful directing under the pressures of time and budget.
