As a former member of the world-renowned Canadian Brass for five years, Jens Lindemann has achieved a critically acclaimed career as an international virtuoso. This crossover artist performs well over 100 performances a year in the world's greatest concert halls appearing regularly in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Jens Lindemann’s highlights include a Grammy nomination, first prizes in the most important classical trumpet competitions in the world, an honorary doctorate, performing at London's Last Night of the Proms for over 40,000 people, numerous television and film appearances including a featured T.V. special with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and even being the official trumpeter for the National Hockey League's Stanley Cup finals! Jens' proven ability to perform as a diverse artist places him at the front of a new generation of musicians. Classically trained at The Juilliard School, he has also performed and recorded pop and jazz styles extensively. Jens has recorded extensively for BMG records, the C.B.C., and the B.B.C. He holds degrees from McGill University and Juilliard and has also served on the faculties of the Santa Barbara Music Academy of the West, University of Toronto, and at The Banff Centre.
