"When most people head inside to wait out a winter snowstorm, Lel and her dog Cody decide that it is the perfect time for a serene paddle on the Truckee River." Keoki Flagg has been a photographer for twenty years and is also the co-owner and founder of Gallery Keoki, located at the Village at Squaw Valley, U.S.A. Raised in Hawaii and having received a bachelor of arts from Connecticut College, Keoki is an accomplished artist with photography documenting his four years of travel throughout the U.S.A., Europe, Asia and Africa, along with extreme-sports shoots in such locations as Alaska, Lake Tahoe and Canada. Clients including Visa, National Geographic Adventure, American Skiing Company and Warren Miller have hired Keoki for his freelance work. His photos grace galleries across the U.S. and are published in magazines such as Men’s Journal, Outside, Ski magazine, Vogue, Audubon and Sports Illustrated Women. Keoki is also the recipient of numerous awards including Best Photo on Mountain Adventure in the 2002 Banff Mountain Photography Competition. |
