Shawn Cardiff works as a Land Use Specialist in Jasper National Park. With a background in biology, he is broadly involved in all aspects of park management planning and implementation and regional land-use initiatives to integrate the interests of Jasper National Park. In a 17-year career with Parks Canada, he has worked as a Biologist, Park Warden and Park Interpreter. Shawn’s current focus is to better integrate social and ecological sciences and enhance public involvement in human use management.
