Bill Gaston writes fiction, poetry, and drama for stage and screen. His novels include Tall Lives, Bella Combe Journal, The Cameraman, and The Good Body. His story collections include North of Jesus' Beans and Sex is Red. "Try a Younger Man" is from his poetry collection Inviting Blindness. Gaston has lived and taught writing across Canada, for the last decade in New Brunswick. He now lives in Victoria with his wife and children, and teaches at the University of Victoria.
