Thomas Allen Harris is a producer, director and writer of film and video who has worked extensively on broadcast projects and artworks that explore black culture, gay and lesbian sexual identity and social relationships. He has written for numerous books and publications, including Madonnarama and Black Popular Culture, and teaches at the University of California, San Diego.
