Musicians who attend the Master Class program followed by the Concert and Opera Orchestra Residency (July 26 to August 15) will receive full scholarship for both programs.

Collaborative Pianists from July 5 to 23 include George Brough, Michael Massey, Elizabeth Sawyer-Parisot, Janet Scott-Hoyt, Janice Waite-Thompson, and Lydia Wong.

Musicians at Large

All residents in Music & Sound programs are invited to interact with all visiting faculty, and to attend all classes, seminars, rehearsals, and performances. In addition to our master class faculty and collaborative pianists, the following artists will be in residence to enhance musicians' artistic and career development: Michael Massey, conductor/keyboards (July 5 to August 13); Jens Lindemann, trumpet (July 7 to 17); Edgar Meyer, double bass (July 8 - 15); Alain Trudel, trombone/conductor (July 14 to 20); Gary Kulesha, composer (July 26 to August 6).

We are pleased to announce a special visit by composer/conductor Krzysztof Penderecki, July 13 to 17. Music participants and faculty will perform his music throughout his visit, culminating in a performance of one of his orchestral works on July 16.
