Green Features

Throughout the construction of the Revitalization projects, respect for the environment has been key. All facilities incorporate highly energy efficient heating and cooling systems, LED lighting, and innovative water conservation measures. Over 75 per cent of the construction waste generated has been recycled, and the Kinnear Centre has been designed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Green Building Rating System® standards.
