Rose Bouthillier is Curator (Exhibitions) at Remai Modern in Saskatoon. Previously, she was Associate Curator & Publications Manager at MOCA Cleveland. Her projects there included solo exhibitions and commissioned projects with artists including Jessica Eaton, Tony Lewis, Xavier Cha, Kevin Beasley, and Kirk Mangus. She also co-curated a series of exhibitions featuring artists connected to Cleveland and the surrounding region; Realization is Better than Anticipation (2013) and How to Remain Human (2015). She is a curatorial correspondent for the first edition of FRONT International: Cleveland Triennial of Contemporary Art (2018). Her writing has appeared in CURA., frieze, C Magazine, Arthopper, Foam Magazine, and BlackFlash.
