Wellness Together Canada is a free and bilingual mental health and substance use website designed to support people across Canada as well as Canadians living abroad. ComPsych Guidance Resources offers short-term counselling services staffed by master’s and doctoral-level clinicians who will listen to your concerns and refer you to in-person counselling and other resources in your community.
