Truth and Reconciliation Through Right Relations
This program will create an understanding of the truth of our shared Canadian history, inspire participants to learn more about Indigenous ways of knowing, and move participants individually and organizationally into the act of reconciliation.
This three-week program explores the evolving range of ensemble playing in the 21st century. Participants will work closely with internationally recognized performers, composers, improvisers, and arts leaders.
EQ: Evolution of the String Quartet
Pre-existing string quartets will work with internationally recognized string quartets and composers on an expansive repertory spanning the earliest string quartets to the innovations of the present day.
ELM: The Essential Leadership Model to Span Worlds
This program is for leaders who are ready, willing, and able to affect real change across disciplines and cultures. ELM is both a new theory and a new practical approach to engaging Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders in evolving ways of thinking and exploration.
Banff International Literary Translation Centre (BILTC)
This program is North America’s only international residency for literary translators. The program offers literary translators the opportunity to focus on a current project and interact with colleagues in a multilingual literary forum.
