The main box office and downtown ticket outlet handle ticketing for all Banff Centre events, as well as events across Canada sold through Ticketmaster.
Ticket Policies and Restrictions
Performances and artists are subject to change without notice. Tickets are nonrefundable. Where permitted Banff Centre tickets may be exchanged within the same series up to 24 hours prior to the performance; fees will apply.
Regardless of age, all audience members must have a ticket. We strongly advise that infants younger than one not attend performances for the safety and comfort of the child and the enjoyment of the rest of the audience and we generally recommend that audience members be four years of age or older in order for everyone to fully enjoy the performance. Events in The Club (a licensed venue) are restricted to ages 14 and older.
For safety reasons, some performances are not suitable for young children and they will not be admitted. Please contact the Box Office for specific age and seating recommendations. Any person who is disruptive during a performance may be asked to leave. Refunds will not be made upon this or on the basis of content.
A Child ticket is for those 12 and under. Students are admitted with valid student identification (unless otherwise stated). Seniors are 60 years and over.
Latecomers that arrive after the event start time indicated on the ticket will be seated at a suitable interval in the program. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
