Banff Jazz

The Jazz stars of tomorrow jam with internationally acclaimed mentors, including jazz pianist, composer, and program director Vijay Iyer, saxophonist Steve Coleman, double-bassist Reggie Workman, and Grammy Award-winning drummer Jeff "Tain" Watts.

With 20 performances across three venues, Banff Jazz includes three ticketed Saturday Night Concerts (May 24, May 31, June 7) plus FREE Jazz Talks, Jazz Clubs in “The Club”, Late-Night Jazz in Maclab Bistro at The Banff Centre. The Saturday night concerts will see the top jazz artists in the world playing alongside their students, who are the participants in the Banff International Workshop in Jazz and Creative Music.
