Canadian harpsichordist Katelyn Clark specializes in the performance of historical repertoire and experimental music on early keyboard instruments. Her work often develops through intermedia collaboration and digital material, including video installation and extended organ construction. Katelyn concertizes internationally as a soloist and collaborative musician and has held artist residencies at NES (Iceland), OMI (USA), and SPAR (Russia). She is a member of the award-winning early music ensemble duo corvi, which focuses on the creative performance of repertoire from thirteenth to fifteenth-century Europe. Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Katelyn studied with Bob van Asperen (Conservatorium van Amsterdam), Christophe Rousset (Accademia Musicale Chigiana, Siena), and she holds a doctorate in early music performance from McGill University (Montréal). Her writings can be found in journals such as Early Music, Eighteenth-Century Music, and Women & Music, and her artistic practice has been generously supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, Factor, and Le Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec
