All persons aged 3 years and under are not permitted in the cli mbing gym except during specific times.
All persons aged 15 years and unde r must be supervised by an adult when climbing outside of a registered prog ram.
Drop In Rates:
Adults $15.00
Youth (ages 4 – 15) $8.00

Parents d o not have to pay a drop-in fee if they are the supervising adult belaying a child. They do, however, have to pay if they are belaying another adult .

SIM - Strength, Intervals and Mobility
Fitness

Love the powerful feeling of lifting weights? This workout foc uses on strength, with a strong emphasis on form, posture and and mobilit y. Movements are intentionally performed at a very controlled / slower pac e to increase the challenge of your muscular system. Mobility exercises areincorporated during warm ups, active rest periods and stretching to maint ain healthy range of motion in muscles, joints and tendons. It’s a perfectmarriage between strength and mobility for everyday life and your independ ence. Check it out - nothing to lose - lots to gain!

This class is desig ned for all levels of fitness.

End your work day - or start your evening off with a spi n! Indoor cycling is one of the most enjoyable, safe and thorough cardio e xercises out there – and it is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Usinga variety of drills and training methods, the instructor will lead you th rough a workout that will include work on cycling technique, strength, po wer and speed.

Drop in is "first come-first served".

Enjoy the power of connecting the mind, body and spirit with a Flow Yoga class. Improve your flexibility, c ore strength, balance, and stability though various postures and stretche s. This is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from one to the next with emphasis on the breath. This is a mixed level class and we recomm end newcomers arrive 10 minutes early to speak with the instructor about an y concerns they have. Modifications are given for all postures and particip ants are encouraged to work at their own level.

Note: There is a $2 ren tal fee for yoga mats.
