Temporary Closure Notice
Due to unforeseen circumstances revealed by the initial work completed, both the Aquatic Centre and the women’s changeroom will remain closed. The Aquatic Centre will tentatively reopen March 23, 2026.
The women’s changeroom does not have a tentative reopening date. Women can continue to use the washrooms across from the gymnasium to change. When the Aquatic Centre reopens, there is a shower on the pool deck available for use.

Please note we do not have a lifeguard on duty, and unguarded swims are available for:
- Members
- Day Pass holders
- Hotel guests staying at Banff Centre
- Registered Banff residents
Non-members will need to buy a Day Pass or a Fitness Membership to access the pool.

Our 25-metre, glass-covered swimming pool has great views of Sulphur Mountain. The outdoor sun deck is closed in winter.

25 m Pool, hot tub and wade pool - swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Statutory holidays: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Change rooms and showers are available.
- Towels and locks are included with your Membership or Day Pass.
All persons aged 17 years old and under must be under direct adult supervision at all times when using the Aquatic Centre.
