Nurdjana is a Canmore based singer/songwriter who was born and raised in the Netherlands. Her music has been described as having “an indescribable depth…that makes you stop what you’re doing immediately and listen” (Joanna Croston, Mountain Life, Program Director of the Banff Mountain Film Festival). 

Her buoyant stage presence, captivating voice and blended genre capture a wide audience. She creates distinctive melodies and meaningful lyrics with her mix of emotive folk, soul, and jazz. Drawing influences from timeless voices such as Amy Winehouse, Carole King and Joni Mitchell.  Nurdjana’s songs encompass stories of love, loss and finding a place to call home.  

Accompanied by acclaimed classical guitarist Robert Belinić, Nurdjana will give you a sneak peak of her upcoming album 'Lost Time', set to be released August 2024.
