Climbing Gym

All persons aged 3 years and under are not permitted in the cli mbing gym except during specific times.
All persons aged 15 years and unde r must be supervised by an adult when climbing outside of a registered prog ram.
Drop In Rates:
Adults $15.00
Youth (ages 4 – 15) $8.00

Parents d o not have to pay a drop-in fee if they are the supervising adult belaying a child. They do, however, have to pay if they are belaying another adult .

WOW - Workout of the Week

A great way to spend your lunch .... this 50 minute class is bo th fun and dynamic with a strong focus on strength, movement and condition ing exercises. This is an energizing and challenging functional fitness cla ss that is appropriate for all levels.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Life-guarded Swim

Lifeguard ON Duty. Pool use only rate available.

5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Boot Camp

Welcome Fiona back to the Sally B and join her 45 minute Boot C amp class. Mixed in with the sweat, strength and smiles ... the workout w ill include cardio conditioning, strength work, core and stretching. An energizing and challenging functional fitness class that is appropriate forall levels.

End your work day - or start your evening off with a s pin! Indoor cycling is one of the most enjoyable, safe and thorough cardioexercises out there – and it is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Usi ng a variety of drills and training methods, the instructor will lead you through a workout that will include work on cycling technique, strength, power and speed.

Drop in is "first come-first served".

Yin and Yang Yoga

Drop In/Plus Member Class

Yin & Yang style yoga provides us with harmony and balance for both active and passive energy - muscular ener gy and release.
This style of yoga provides a great opportunity to create inner peace, generate an uplifting sensation, and increase strength.

N ote: There is a $2 rental fee for yoga mats.
