- Climbing Gym
This 50-minute dynamic class is perfect for those on a busy sch edule who want a solid full-body workout. An active warm-up is followed by a variety of innovative resistance exercises; combining muscle groups, ch allenging balance and core for a full-body, time-efficient and effective s trength workout.
Climbing Gym Hours
Daily: 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Daily Drop -in Adults $13.00, Youth (ages 4 – 15) $8.00
NOTE: Drop-in rates also include use of the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, gymnasium, exercise room , and running track. Parents do not have to pay a drop-in fee if they are t he supervising adult belaying a child. They do, however, have to pay if t hey are belaying another adult.
