This 50-minute dynamic class is perfect for those on a busy sch edule who want a solid full-body workout. An active warm-up is followed by a variety of innovative resistance exercises; combining muscle groups, ch allenging balance and core for a full-body, time-efficient and effective s trength workout.

NOTE: Drop-in rates also include use of the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, gymnasium, exercise room , and running track. Parents do not have to pay a drop-in fee if they are t he supervising adult belaying a child. They do, however, have to pay if t hey are belaying another adult.

Boxing Basics

Instructor:Jane MacDonald

Come and discover why boxers are a mong the fittest athletes in the world. In this class we will use the trie d-and-true training methods commonly used in boxing gyms. You will learn t he correct punching techniques, basic footwork and experience a challengin g high intensity workout. Improve your fitness level and be prepared to sw eat! All fitness levels - the workout and drills are easily modified to ac commodate.

Flow Yoga - Drop In/Member Class

Enjoy the power of connecting the mind, body and spirit with V inyasa Flow Yoga. Improve your flexibility, core strength, balance, and stability though various postures and stretches. This is a dynamic style ofyoga where the postures flow from one to the next with emphasis on the bre ath. All ability levels are welcome. We recommend newcomers arrive 10-15 mi nutes early to speak with the instructor about any concerns they have. Modi fications are given for all postures and participants are encouraged to wor k at their own level.

Note: There is a $2 rental fee for yoga mats.
