- Climbing Gym
Start your day off with a spin! Indoor cycling is one of the most enjoyable, safe and thorough cardio exercises out there – and it is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Using a variety of drills and training methods, the instructor will lead you through a workout that will include work on cycling technique, strength, power and speed.

Enjoy the power of connecting the mind, body and spirit with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Improve your flexibility, core strength, balance, and stability though various postures and stretches. This is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from one to the next with emphasis on the breath. All ability levels are welcome. We recommend newcomers arrive 10-15 minutes early to speak with the instructor about any concerns they have. Modifications are given for all postures and participants are encouraged to work at their own level.
Note: There is a $2 rental fee for yoga mats.
Daily Drop-in: Adults $13.00, Youth (ages 4 – 15) $8.00
Drop-in admissions also include use of the pool, hot tub, steam room, gymnasium, fitness room, and running track.

Climbing is an amazing way to stay active and fit while learning skills that can be transferred to many other sports. A full-body workout, any child can learn to climb at any age with any sporting background. The climbers will learn balance, movement, teamwork, and how to set and reach goals. Each climber must know how to top rope belay before registering, a skill they can learn in with our Mighty Boulders or Youth First Steps class. All equipment included.
Cost: $37 per climber per month (3 Tuesdays) - no class on February 16
Instructor:Mystee Maisonet / Rachel Ilg
This 75-minute class will begin with a great cardio workout on the bike to get the heart rate up and do some sweating. A relaxing 30 minute yoga session will follow to stretch out the muscles and work on a bit of conditioning for the core.
