Both chefs are accredited with the prestigious Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) designation by the Canadian Culinary Federation. Each menu and every dish created at The Banff Centre has been inspired by fresh, local ingredients, and are infused with creativity.
The food was great and plentiful with options for everyone. We will definitely consider coming again!
