Meals and Accommodation rate is based on arrival/departure matching the program dates. Extra accommodation nights are subject to additional charges and to availability.
Through the generous support of various donors, Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is pleased to offer a limited number of funding grants to help individuals attend our Leadership and Indigenous Leadership and Management programs. Your application for financial support will be reviewed and assessed on the basis of receiving the completed form and supporting document/s. Should you apply for funding, please continue to enter your details below for the deposit/payment. Please note: your credit card will NOT be charge the deposit fee until you accept your position in the program and accept any potential funding offer.

To retain your place in any of our Leadership programs, we require a minimum $250 credit card deposit towards tuition when you register.
Subsequent payments can be made either by cheque or credit card. You will be invoiced additionally for accommodation and meals.

* Registration Policies Transfer Policy
If you must change your registration to a future date, a one time transfer will be allowed if received more than 30 days prior to the program start date (otherwise regular
cancellation policies will apply). There will be a charge of $250 to cover administrative costs for the transfer. Transfer fees are subject to GST.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Due to high program demand and limited number of spaces, Banff Centre must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Please carefully note these charges, subject to GST.
More than 30 days before the start of a program – a $250 administration fee per participant cancelling. 7 to 30 days before the start of a program – 50% of the program tuition fee per participant cancelling. 0 to 7 days before the start of a program – full program tuition fee and first night’s accommodation fee plus applicable taxes per participant cancelling.
Cancellation fees are subject to applicable taxes.
Program dates, content, tuition, and accommodation fees are subject to change.
