Mr. McMillan became President and CEO of Toromont Industries Ltd. in October of 2023, having previously held the position of EVP and CFO since March of 2020. Prior to joining Toromont, he served as SVP & CFO for Parkland Corp. and has more than 30 years of finance and operations experience in public and private companies including telecom, farm equipment, and energy distribution. Mr. McMillan is a CPA and holds a degree in Economics and Chemistry from the University of Manitoba, an MBA degree from the University of Calgary.
