A Quick Guide to Buying Tickets Online

Follow these steps to secure your seats:

🖥️ 1. Visit tickets.banffcentre.ca

Open the browser of your choice and navigate to tickets.banffcentre.ca. You may also purchase tickets through our Events page.

👤 2. Select My Account

Please create an account or sign in to update or confirm your password before selecting seats or purchasing tickets.

✉️ 3. Enter your username

Use the email linked to your account. If you no longer have access to this email account, please contact the Box Office. Our team will be able to update your account to a new or alternative email address.

🔑 4. Enter your password

Forgot it? Select Forgot Password and follow the prompts.

➡️ 5. Click or tap Login

Click or tap Login to continue to your account.

📄 6. Your My Account page will open.

Review Account Information to ensure your details are up to date.

🎟️ 7. Select All Events

Select All Events to browse available performances and start selecting tickets for purchase.

🛒 8. Complete your purchase

Follow the on-screen instructions to finish checkout. Once complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You should receive it in a few minutes. If you don't, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Please Note

If you haven’t purchased Banff Centre tickets online recently, it is strongly recommended that you sign in ahead of the on-sale to ensure your login credentials are up to date and working.
When purchasing Banff Centre tickets online, please ensure the address in your account profile matches your credit card billing address. Once logged in, this can be updated under Account Information.
