Join Chef Sebastien Tessier in a culinary adventure featuring locally sourced and environmentally sustainable cuisine infused with creativity. 

This multi-course meal begins with a reception to mix and mingle with other Festival guests as well as the opportunity to meet Chef Sebastien Tessier who leads Banff Centre’s award-winning culinary team.  

Dinner will be served in the stunning Three Ravens Restaurant with panoramic views of the Bow Valley. Festival long-table seating.

It does get busy at Banff Centre during the Festival. Avoid last minute rushing and waiting in line between films – purchase your lunch in advance. Present your lunch ticket, enjoy the view and choose from a selection of hot entrées, a well-stocked fresh bar, delicious house-made desserts plus vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Summit Cinema – VIP Screening "The Weight of Water" and Dinner at the top of Banff Gondola

Dine on top of the Rockies at Banff Gondola’s Sky Bistro.

Enjoy a sparkling wine and canape reception with charcuterie, cheese, prime rib action station, and a dessert bar.

Then sit back and enjoy a very special "sneak peak" of The Weight of Water in the Banff Gondola Theatre at 7:15 pm.
